i am extremely satisfied with not only my jellycat, but also the quality of service i received. i wasn’t expecting my cat until mid-september, so i was pleasantly surprised when my order was completed at the beginning of august. i received a notification that my package had been delivered, but when i checked, it wasn’t there. i reached out to the store owner, and she was so accommodating and helped me figure out where my package was. it was delivered a few days later due to a weather-related shipping delay in my area. when i finally received my package, i was absolutely ecstatic with how perfect my jellycat was. it was exactly what i wanted, and i’m so happy with the final result. the customer service and quality of the products from this company are truly unbeatable. i highly recommend them!

was planning my daughter’s TCU bed party when I came across the cutest bunny from a company called 4U DeZigns—I immediately knew I had to get it for her. A couple of weeks later, I discovered they also offered a T-shirt that fits the bunny, and they were incredibly accommodating by arranging to ship it together with my original order, even though it wasn’t expected to be available until later.

When everything arrived, it was just as adorable as I had imagined. The entire experience was seamless—the company was helpful, responsive, and made sure everything arrived on time. I am planning my daughter’s bed decorating party and was up in the air about getting a jelly cat with the school she committed to . I saw 4udezigns on Etsy and contacted Lauren to acquire about it .
