Most items in our shop are custom made or made to order. Please allow 30 business days for processing before your order ships.
Processing time includes creating, sewing, customizing, quality checks, and preparing your order for shipment.

Some items may ship sooner depending on current order volume, while personalized or seasonal items may require additional production time. If extended delays occur, we will notify you directly.

3 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS.
Carrier is automatically selected based on item type, size, and destination.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is not currently offered.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom collegiate items, transformed Jellycats, and other made to order pieces follow the full 7 to 14 business day processing window.
Please note that once customization has begun, these items cannot be cancelled.
