i am extremely satisfied with not only my jellycat, but also the quality of service i received. i wasn’t expecting my cat until mid-september, so i was pleasantly surprised when my order was completed at the beginning of august. i received a notification that my package had been delivered, but when i checked, it wasn’t there. i reached out to the store owner, and she was so accommodating and helped me figure out where my package was. it was delivered a few days later due to a weather-related shipping delay in my area. when i finally received my package, i was absolutely ecstatic with how perfect my jellycat was. it was exactly what i wanted, and i’m so happy with the final result. the customer service and quality of the products from this company are truly unbeatable. i highly recommend them!

I ordered a University of Washington bunny for my daughter when she graduated high school as that is where she is attending. It is absolutely adorable and when I had questions about my order they were extremely responsive. I would definitely order from them again.
Amazing service! I ordered just the week before my daughter was leaving for college and paid for the rush service fee to get her bunny in time. It arrived within a few days! It was exactly as described and adorable!!
