Refund & Return Policy
At 4U DeZigns, every item is thoughtfully handmade and custom created just for you. Because each order is personalized specifically for your school, organization, or design request, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom merchandise except in the rare event of an error on our part.
Custom & Personalized Products
All of our products—including custom collegiate Jellycats, apparel, home décor, accessories, and personalized gifts—are made to order. For this reason:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items.
We cannot offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong product, color, school, mascot, spelling, or shipping address.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order.
If We Made a Mistake
Your happiness means everything to us. If your order arrives with:
An incorrect personalization,
A manufacturing defect,
Damage that occurred during production, or
An item that differs from what you ordered,
please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
Your order number,
A description of the issue, and
Clear photographs of the item.
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will gladly replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Shipping delays, weather events, lost packages, or carrier service interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
If a package appears lost in transit, we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly and materials are ordered specifically for each customer:
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
After production has begun, cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot be accommodated.
Color & Design Variations
Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, fabric printing, and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Every 4U DeZigns creation is individually handcrafted in North Carolina—not mass produced. Small variations are part of what makes each piece unique and one of a kind.
