love what you ordered, and we stand by the quality of our products.
Personalized Items
Please note that all personalized apparel and decor are final sale and not eligible for return
or exchange. Because these items are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to
restock or resell them.
However, if your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in production,
we will always do the right thing. Contact us at laurenzirlinger@yahoo.com within 7 days of
delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Non-Personalized Items
We have a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items. You have 30 days from the date of
delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email laurenzirlinger@yahoo.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a
return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be
accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
We carefully inspect all items before shipment, but if your order arrives defective, damaged, or
incorrect, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Personalized/custom items
Sale items
Gift cards
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order after your return is accepted. We do
not offer direct exchanges.
European Union Orders
If your item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14
days, for any reason, under the EU cooling-off period. This excludes personalized/custom items.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved,
refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
