Most custom plushes are made to order and follow our standard shop processing window. The standard processing window begins after your fabric is received.
Rush Processing moves your order to the front of our production queue and reduces processing time.
If you need your order rushed, please add the Rush Processing listing to your order. Orders with Rush Processing are prioritized ahead of standard orders already in queue.
Rush Processing applies to production time only. Shipping speed is not upgraded. The shipping method selected at checkout still applies.

i am extremely satisfied with not only my jellycat, but also the quality of service i received. i wasn’t expecting my cat until mid-september, so i was pleasantly surprised when my order was completed at the beginning of august. i received a notification that my package had been delivered, but when i checked, it wasn’t there. i reached out to the store owner, and she was so accommodating and helped me figure out where my package was. it was delivered a few days later due to a weather-related shipping delay in my area. when i finally received my package, i was absolutely ecstatic with how perfect my jellycat was. it was exactly what i wanted, and i’m so happy with the final result. the customer service and quality of the products from this company are truly unbeatable. i highly recommend them!
